Unit Definition and Identification

There are 3 Types of Unit categorization

1.Individual Plots: in plotted development
2.Residential Unit:  Setup of Flats , Apartments, Studios, Condominiums (condos), Townhouses, Duplexes, Triplexes and many others of varied specification as 1 BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK, 4BHK etc.
3.Commercial Unit: setup of Office spaces, Shops, Retail, Mall, Convenient shopping, Hotel rooms, suits, warehouses, stores etc. in any type of commercial setup.

 

A unit is identified by :

1.Address : It’s unique number- nomenclature
2.Location:-  Location & Four boundaries of Unit (check with Approved map & BBA / deed document)
3.Area : As per measurement ( actual carpet area than converted to saleable area)

A Built Unit typically has its own:1. Entrance 2. Walls and ceiling 3. Flooring 4. Windows and doors 5. Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. 6. Individual metering for utilities (e.g., water, electricity, gas)
