M3M India to invest ₹7,200 crore to develop integrated city in Delhi
NEW DELHI: M3M India plans to invest approximately ₹7,200 crore to develop an integrated city - Gurgaon International City (GIC) on the Dwarka on the Dwarka Expressway Link Road, New Delhi.
Spread across 150 acres, with expansion planned up to 200 acres, the integrated township is expected to generate a top line of around ₹12,000 crore.
Pankaj Bansal, promoter of the company said, "Our vision is to attract global corporations, enterprises that represent the future of innovation and responsible growth."
The first phase of Gurgaon International City (GIC), spanning 50 acres and already RERA-approved, will include 300 plots.
The development will integrate data centers, innovation parks, EV hubs, retail avenues, and residential zones.
