Central Park invests ₹2,000 crore to develop residential project along Dwarka Expressway
NEW DELHI: Central Park plans to invest ₹2,000-crore to develop a new residential project-Delphine, along the Dwarka Expressway. The investment be funded through internal accruals and capital finance.
The project, spread across 7.85 acres in sector 104, Gurugram, will be developed in three phases and is expected to commence construction in 2026, with completion targeted for 2032. Construction will be managed in-house.
The high-rise development will comprise six towers, including serviced studio and one-bedroom residences, and 3BHK and 4BHK units.
The company expects a sales realisation of around ₹3,500 crore from the project. Prices for studio units start at ₹3 crore - ₹5 crore, while 3BHKs are priced from ₹11 crore and 4BHKs from ₹15 crore.
