UP-RERA approves 13 Projects Worth ₹3,052 crore, issues advisories for homebuyers
NEW DELHI: The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP-RERA) has approved 13 real estate projects with a cumulative estimated investment of ₹3,052.73 crore across eight districts of the state.
The projects, approved approved during the authority’s 202nd meeting, will comprise 4,772 residential and commercial units.
Ghaziabad accounted for the highest share of approvals, with four projects involving an estimated investment of ₹1,936.72 crore. These include three commercial developments and one residential project, together comprising 2,199 units.
Gutam Buddh Nagar received approval for one commercial project with an estimated
investment of ₹420.50 crore. The project will comprise 855 commercial units.
