Yamuna Authority started land acquisition in Greater Noida, 10 new sectors will be developed
Yamuna Authority Yamuna Authority has started land acquisition in Greater Noida for land bank under Master Plan 2041. Proposals have been sent to Gautam Buddha Nagar and Aligarh district administration. The authority is acquiring 5065.145 hectares of land on which ten new sectors will be developed in future. This also includes a logistics park in Tappal.
Greater Noida. Yamuna Authority has started land acquisition in the sectors included in Master Plan 2041 for land bank. Proposals for land acquisition have been sent to Gautam Buddha Nagar and Aligarh district administration.
The authority is acquiring 5065.145 hectares of land for land bank. In future, ten new sectors will be developed on this land and plots will be allotted in various schemes. This also includes a logistics park in Tappal.
Yamuna Authority had allocated a budget of Rs 606300 lakh for land acquisition in the current financial year. But due to Master Plan 2041, the authority could not speed up the work of land acquisition.
