GDA Plot Scheme 2025: Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has changed the land use of vacant group housing plots in Indirapuram and converted them into residential plots. GDA is engaged in developing this area, which will give people a great opportunity to buy small plots. Under this scheme, facilities like roads, sewerage, water lines, electric poles, green belts and parks will be developed. For this, the authority is working fast. About 120 plots will be made in this scheme, which will give good income to GDA and it will be able to speed up development work in the city.
GDA's income will increase by selling small plots
GDA's Chief Engineer Manvendra Singh said that about 30,000 square meters of land of four group housing projects in Indirapuram was vacant, which has now been converted for residential use. The authority has prepared the layout and soon the work of laying roads, sewerage and water pipelines will be started. GDA will get good income from the sale of small plots, which will speed up further development work.
92 people got building allotment letters
Ghaziabad Development Authority has handed over building allotment letters to 92 eligible people. GDA's Additional Secretary Pradeep Kumar Singh said that EWS (Extremely Weaker Section) and LIG (Low Income Group) houses built by private developers have been allotted. These include 31 EWS and 61 LIG houses. These were allotted through lottery system, where 63 applications were received for EWS and 31 people got houses. 99 people applied for LIG, out of which 61 were allotted houses.
GDA to earn crores from auction
Recently, GDA auctioned empty plots in Hindi Bhawan Auditorium, which earned the authority about 57 crore rupees. Buyers bid enthusiastically in this auction that lasted for two days. The authority hopes that the auction will generate a total income of up to 91 crore rupees, which will further accelerate the development work of the city. This scheme of GDA will improve residential facilities in the city and people will get a good opportunity to buy small plots
